Banana Cupcake is one of my favorites cupcakes!
I bought some bananas to make this recipe for a friend, but in the end, there was no time for him to try. And the cupcakes was gone just in minutes!
I love searching recipes on Google, and always mix all the recipes in one, hoping that will work. Sometimes disaster happens, but in this one I was really lucky.
I got some fresh eggs in a recent farm trip, and was waiting a good opportunity to use it.
